We're not hiring a strategist. We're not hiring someone to put slides together about pipeline. We're hiring someone who builds it — from scratch, end to end, with the numbers to back it up.

About Mavlers

Mavlers is a CRM and lifecycle marketing agency serving 100+ enterprise clients across SFMC, Braze, HubSpot, and Klaviyo. We work deep inside the marketing ops of fast-moving B2B and B2C brands - and we're building out the GTM function that matches that ambition.

What You'll Do

→ Own the outbound motion end to end — ICP, signals, tooling, sequences, and outcomes → Build and optimize lead gen infrastructure: enrichment, routing, tech stack integrations → Identify buying signals and turn them into SQLs, not just MQLs → Write and send outbound messaging yourself - you're not handing this off → Stay on top of active accounts and engage customers when the moment is right → Run experiments across channels (email, LinkedIn, warm outbound) and iterate fast → Report on what's working, cut what's not, double down on what moves pipeline

What You Bring

→ 1+ year of hands-on B2B GTM experience - not advisory, not consulting, doing it → A track record of SQLs generated. Not influenced. Not assisted. Generated. → You write your own outbound copy - and it converts → Fluency with outbound tooling: Clay, Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Nav, or equivalent → Understanding of the full GTM stack - data sourcing, enrichment, personalization, sequencing → Ability to set your own priorities and move without hand-holding → Results as your proof of concept - we'll ask, bring your numbers

Bonus Points (not Required, But We'll Notice)

✓ Familiarity with platforms like GetSwan or SalesIQ ✓ Agency or professional services background ✓ Experience selling or supporting sales for martech/marketing services
