Job Description

Position Overview:

  • Thyleads is looking for a GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineer to play a crucial role in driving B2B lead generation campaigns, automating workflows, and setting up marketing and sales infrastructure. If you're a tech-savvy marketer with expertise in AI tools, APIs, and data-driven strategies, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Competitor Research:

  • Utilize Al-driven tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other research platforms to gather insights.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to refine GTM strategies.

Campaign Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop and execute B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • Optimize outreach methods, messaging, and targeting based on data-driven insights.

 

Email Infrastructure Setup;

  • Configure and manage domains and mailboxes via Google Workspace, Outlook, and SMTP.
  • Ensure email deliverability best practices for outbound campaigns.

 

Automation and AI-Driven Workflows:

  • Create and optimize automated workflows using AI agents and APIs.
  • Integrate various sales and marketing tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Data Scraping, Filtering and Analysis:

»   Extract and analyze data from various sources for targeted lead generation.

»   Implement filtering mechanisms to ensure high-quality lead lists.

 

Collaboration and Content Development:

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to craft high-impact content.
  • Align messaging with lead generation goals to drive engagement and conversion.

 

Performance Monitoring & Weekly Reviews

  • Attend weekly review calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and improvements for ongoing campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or any relevant field.
  • Understanding of basic Technological advancements is a must.

Technical Expertise:

  • Experience with AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in setting up email domains, SMTP, and outreach infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with data scraping and filtering techniques.

Marketing & GTM Strategy:

  • Knowledge of B2B lead generation frameworks and best practices.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize outbound marketing campaigns.

Analytical and Problem Solving Skills:

  • Strong data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Experience working with sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to present research findings and campaign performance insights.
