Key Responsibilities

Technical / Functional Skills

  • Identify and solve complex problems at component or feature level
  • Investigate and resolve issues in services independently

  • Present proposals clearly and defend them using engineering principles
  • Lead discussions to closure with attention to detail
  • Be recognized as an expert within the team

Analytical Problem Solving and Decision Making

  • Participate in solution design and delivery
  • Adapt constructively to changes in strategy, technology, or organization

Business Acumen

  • Build a network beyond immediate team for collaboration
  • Foster positive work relationships for cross-functional teamwork
  • Participate in interviews for junior-level candidates

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience in Windows-based development using React.js
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with frontend technologies like JavaScript, CSS, Sass, and HTML
  • Proven record in delivering and maintaining enterprise-scale software systems
  • Strong skills in data modeling, query design, and problem-solving
  • Minimum 3 years experience with web technologies like SOAP, REST APIs, and JSON
  • Knowledge of cloud application design and development
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines through automation
  • Proficiency in reactive and functional programming
  • Familiarity with system performance tuning and microservices architecture
  • Experience with open source tools, MapReduce programming, and caching
  • Understanding of data persistence for structured and unstructured data

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft stack and healthcare device technologies
  • Background in designing enterprise SaaS applications in AWS
