GTM Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• As a GTM Data Analyst, you will:
• Collaborate withSales, Customer Experience, and Data teamsto support key strategic and operational decisions through deep analytical insights.
• Build and maintaininteractive dashboardsand reports using SQL, Tableau (or similar BI tools), ensuring stakeholders have real-time access to actionable insights.
• Define and track keyperformance indicators (KPIs)aligned with business goals including customer health, sales efficiency, and support team performance.
• Work hands-on with large-scale, structured and unstructured data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reporting.
• Translate complex data into clear, visually engaging stories that can be easily understood by non-technical audiences.
• Develop self-service analytical frameworks and scalable data models that empower other teams to make data-driven decisions independently.
• Collaborate with data engineers to enhance ClickUp s data stack and streamline access to key business metrics.
• Extract meaningful insights fromsales and customer behavior data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth and optimization.
