Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a GST Specialist based in New Delhi. The GST Specialist will manage day-to-day GST compliance, including filing returns, reconciling data, and addressing discrepancies. The role involves ensuring adherence to tax laws, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The GST Specialist will also handle audits, resolve queries related to indirect taxation, and provide guidance on GST-related matters to support the organization's financial operations.

Qualifications

• 2- 5 years of expertise in GST compliance, filing returns, and resolving discrepancies
• Knowledge of indirect taxation laws and regulatory updates
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data reconciliation and audit preparation
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools for accurate tax record maintenance
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• Work experience in logistics or supply chain industries is an advantage
• Professional certifications in taxation or accounting are beneficial
