Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a GSA/Sr.GSA - Front Office position at Concept Hospitality's location in Morbi. The role involves managing front desk activities, including reception duties, appointment scheduling, and handling guest inquiries. Additional responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction, maintaining operational standards, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to support daily front office tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, including handling guest inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Proficiency in receptionist duties, such as managing the front desk and providing a welcoming experience for guests
  • Expertise in phone etiquette and appointment scheduling for effective communication and time management
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in hospitality or front office roles is preferred
  • Any degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
