We at Alluring Monks are looking for a Social Media and Growth Manager who understands both the art and the science of building brands. This is not a routine job where you just post content and wait for likes. This is about taking charge of growth, owning the numbers, and treating every client's brand as if it were your own.
Your role with us
- Manage multiple brand accounts across industries and global markets with a growth-first mindset
- Build and execute original content calendars with strong storytelling, engaging visuals, and clear growth objectives
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and performance teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that look great and perform even better
- Write captions that are authentic, creative, and meaningful. No reliance on AI for shortcuts. AI can assist you, but originality is non-negotiable
- Create reels, shorts, and posts that can build communities, spark conversations, and go viral for the right reasons
- Engage with followers daily, reply to comments, interact with other accounts, and make brands feel alive and approachable
- Analyze posting times, audience behavior, and platform trends to maximize reach and engagement
- Run Meta and Google Ads campaigns with proven expertise. Campaign management, scaling, and optimization are must-have skills
- Drive e-commerce sales both locally and globally. You should know how to build, connect, and optimize Shopify stores and catalogs to deliver results
- Apply advanced SEO strategies to increase website traffic, rank higher on search engines, and convert visitors into customers
- Track performance across social media, paid campaigns, and SEO, and translate data into clear strategies for growth
What we expect from you
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in a marketing agency, handling multiple clients across industries
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads
- Deep understanding of SEO and advanced SEO practices with results to show
- Proven ability to grow social media accounts organically, not just through paid campaigns
- Creative instincts to generate ideas independently and strategic skills to align them with business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently without constant direction while coordinating effectively with designers, content creators, and managers

Compensation
25,000 to 30,000 per month, based on experience and past results
