About the role
We're looking for a Growth Specialist to drive and scale our D2C & E-commerce business. This role requires strong analytical thinking, execution excellence, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end growth across D2C & marketplace channels (revenue, conversion, margins)
- Track and optimize key metrics: GMV, ROAS, CAC, retention, and availability
- Manage platform execution — pricing, promotions, catalog, and hygiene
- Run growth experiments across offers, creatives, bundles, and pricing
- Drive retention and repeat purchase strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
- Ensure a consistent, premium brand experience across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in D2C / E-commerce / Growth roles (FMCG preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics
- Understanding of marketplace dynamics and unit economics
- High ownership mindset with a bias for execution
