Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur for a Growth Sales Executive. The Growth Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and nurturing existing client accounts. Responsibilities include creating and implementing growth strategies, meeting sales objectives, analyzing market trends, and presenting effective sales pitches. Reporting directly to the management team, the role requires strong communication and negotiation skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset to expand client bases and revenues.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for maintaining client relationships and conducting negotiations effectively
  • Strategic Thinking, Analytical skills, and the ability to identify new market opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Sales Analytics platforms
  • Ability to work independently, handle targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with recruitment or job search platforms is a plus
