About the Role

JobsKart is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Growth Sales Executive Field Sales to build strong relationships with employers and promote our job posting and hiring solutions. This role involves on-ground client visits, direct interactions with business owners and HR teams, and driving revenue through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify and generate leads through field visits, local business networks, referrals, and industry events.
  • Map nearby markets and gather insights on potential clients such as HR managers, business owners, and hiring managers.

Client Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Visit clients in person to understand their hiring needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers across industries.
  • Present and pitch JobsKart's hiring solutions during client meetings.

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Sell JobsKart's job posting and recruitment solutions through on-field interactions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and update progress regularly.

Product Consultation & Follow-Up

  • Explain JobsKart's platform, pricing, and services during on-site meetings.
  • Provide product demos or walkthroughs on mobile or laptop during visits.
  • Follow up with potential clients through calls, visits, and messages to close deals.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate visit logs, daily field reports, and sales records.
  • Coordinate with the inside sales or recruitment teams for client requirements and onboarding.
  • Share market feedback to improve sales strategies and service offerings.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • 02 years of experience in field sales or B2B client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with field travel and meeting clients regularly.
  • Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR tech is an added advantage.

Must-Haves

  • Passion for on-ground sales and meeting clients face-to-face.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong ownership, discipline, and willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
