JobsKart is seeking a driven and results-oriented Growth Sales Executive to join our Inside Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by connecting with decision-makers and promoting our job posting services. If you enjoy sales conversations,

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
● Generate leads through various channels including social media, competitor platforms, cold calling, referrals, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
● Research and identify potential clients such as HR managers, recruitment leads, and business owners.
Client Outreach & Engagement
● Initiate contact and engage with decision-makers across industries.
● Understand client hiring needs and pitch relevant JobsKart services to meet their recruitment goals.
Sales & Target Achievement
● Sell JobsKart's job posting and hiring solutions to employers.
● Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
● Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress.
Product Consultation & Follow-Up
● Educate clients on the benefits of JobsKart's cost-effective hiring services.
● Provide demos or walkthroughs if required to help clients understand value
propositions.
● Follow up on leads and drive conversion with consistent communication.
Collaboration & Reporting
● Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for lead nurturing and client feedback.
● Maintain accurate sales records, activity logs, and performance reports.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or B2B client acquisition.
● Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
● Comfortable working with sales targets and lead generation KPIs.
● Self-motivated, confident, and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
● Basic understanding of HR tech or recruitment services is a plus.

● Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
