Stipend: 10,000 15,000

Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time Conversion Opportunity)

We at Kasplo Internet Pvt. Ltd. are looking for a Growth Research Intern who's passionate about SaaS, B2B research, and driving high-quality pipeline through accurate ICP targeting and data sourcing.

Identify and research the right ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) for Kasplo across industries:

D2C (60% primary focus)

BFSI

Other B2B segments

Source accurate and relevant prospect data using tools like:

Apollo

Lusha

Any other advanced data-sourcing platforms

Maintain high-quality lead lists aligned with SaaS sales standards.

Perform manual deal generation, qualifying prospects based on industry, tech stack, revenue, and fit.

Build and manage structured data sheets for the sales team.

Collaborate with the sales team to refine ICP and targeting strategies.

Ensure excellent communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Freshers or candidates with 01 year of experience

Someone who enjoys research, data work, and problem-solving

Strong understanding of D2C brands, SaaS tools, and CRM workflows

Comfortable working full-time from our Bangalore office

Eager to grow into a sales or growth role

Available for 3 months (with a chance to convert to a full-time role)
