Job Title: Growth Product Manager

Role Overview

We're looking for a Growth Product Manager who will collaborate closely with the Sales team to drive customer acquisition and accelerate product-led growth initiatives. You'll bridge the gap between sales insights and product innovation, leveraging LLMs and rapid prototyping to turn market opportunities into measurable growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales and Engineering teams to identify friction points in the sales journey and co-create scalable solutions.
  • Apply prompt engineering and LLM techniques to rapidly prototype conversational flows, automation scenarios, feature concepts, and supporting dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Build and optimize growth experiments that improve sales efficiency
  • Continuously enhance demo environments and tooling to improve speed, reliability, and impact during end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Use LLMs (Large Language Models) to prototype, test, and validate product ideas quickly.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to deliver high-impact growth features and experiments.
  • Track market trends and emerging technologiesstay informed on the latest innovations in AI, automation, and conversational technology to inspire new demo use cases and product directions.
  • Translate user feedback, sales insights, and product analytics into actionable product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of total experience, including at least 1 year as a Product Manager or Product Analyst.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Engineering role (Software Development, Data Engineering, or similar).
  • Experience working on technical products, preferably in AI, automation, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on familiarity with LLM-based tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI APIs, or similar).
  • Ability to prototype using code or low-code toolscomfortable working with engineers on experiments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
