About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Growth Product Manager to lead our efforts in driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role focused on taking products from 0 to 1, employing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies, and growing virality through systematic, virality engineering approaches. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, build, and optimize new features that drive engagement and organic expansion. Experience building and scaling prosumer or SMB B2B products is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product growth strategy for prosumer and SMB B2B offerings, from ideation to execution
- Design and drive experiments to optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Systematically engineer product features that encourage virality and organic user growth
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch growth initiatives
- Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and inform product decisions
- Lead 0-1 product initiatives, transforming ambiguity into scalable solutions
- Leverage PLG frameworks- reduce friction, enable self-serve adoption, and grow user value
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of growth projects
- Run our UGC strategy
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in product management, with significant exposure to growth-focused roles
- Proven track record taking products from 0-1 and scaling them through PLG
- Deep understanding of virality, network effects, and systematic engineering of product-led growth
- Previous experience with prosumer and/or SMB B2B products
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Technical proficiency, enough to work effectively with engineering and explore growth loops
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in high-growth startups or SaaS environments
- Prior background in user research or data science
- Familiarity with A/B testing and growth experimentation frameworks
