Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Growth Product Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of Idealoft products, create and manage product roadmaps, and closely collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will also leverage design thinking to enhance product experience, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement while ensuring the alignment of product outcomes with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Product Management and Product Road Mapping to effectively oversee product life cycles
• Expertise in Go-to-market and Growth Marketing strategies to maximize user acquisition and retention
• Knowledge of Design Thinking methods to create user-centered and innovative product solutions
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and implement data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or a related field is preferred
