Role Description
We're seeking a passionate and proactive Growth and Expansion Manager to lead EVA Ad
Ventures Pvt. Ltd.s regional growth initiatives across PAN India. In this strategic role, you'll
build strong relationships with local authorities, understand regional policies, onboard local
vendors, and identify high-potential locations for our advertising screens.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of EVA's national expansion and play a
key role in shaping our on-ground operations and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze municipal regulations, policies, and compliance requirements relevant to digital screen installations and advertising across target cities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal corporations, government departments, and local authorities to secure necessary permissions and ensure compliance.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard local vendors, contractors, and service providers required for installation, operations, and maintenance.
- Scout and evaluate high-potential locations for advertising screen installations based on visibility, traffic, audience reach, and commercial viability.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and strategic expansion areas.
- Develop and execute structured city-wise expansion plans aligned with EVA's growth strategy.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing teams to ensure successful city launches and operational readiness.
- Prepare structured reports on expansion progress, partnerships, regulatory requirements, and strategic insights.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business expansion, regional operations, partnerships, or similar roles.
- Experience in OOH media, advertising, infrastructure, real estate, or tech-enabled platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of municipal processes, permits, and regulatory frameworks in Indian cities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly structured, analytical, and execution-focused mindset.
- Background from top-tier institutes IITs , IIM , law firms or BJMC is a strong plus.
