DevsLane is looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist who will take end-to-end ownership of paid campaigns and broader marketing initiatives. This is a high-ownership role and ideal for someone who enjoys building marketing from scratch in a lean setup.

Job ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing of creatives and copies
- Track and optimize key metrics: CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and GTM
- Share weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Growth & Brand Marketing- Act as the first marketing hire, owning both execution and ideation
- Proactively suggest and test new growth channels beyond ads (content, LinkedIn, email, website optimization, partnerships, etc.)
- Help refine brand messaging, positioning, and value propositions
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, or freelancers when required
- Build simple marketing processes, dashboards, and documentation
- Identify ICPs and suggest campaign angles aligned with business goals
Required Skills & Qualifications- 1–4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels
- Experience in lead generation campaigns (B2B preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and Meta Business Manager
- Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable taking ownership in a lean setup
Good to Have- Experience as a solo marketer or early marketing hire
- Exposure to B2B services or tech companies
- Understanding of landing page CRO
- Basic copywriting sense for ad creatives
- Experience working directly with founders or leadership teams
Compensation RangeINR 6 – 10 LPA (based on candidature and profile)
