As we scale, we are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer who can own performance, analytics, funnel optimization, and revenue strategy end-to-end.
Role Overview
As a Growth Marketer at KSHM, you will own end-to-end growth and performance marketing for the brand. You will be responsible for scaling customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across all digital channels. Using analytics and data-driven insights, you will translate performance metrics into actionable strategies to drive revenue and ROI. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with content, product, operations, and the founding team to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale paid marketing campaigns across key digital channels
- Build CAC-efficient acquisition funnels to drive D2C e-commerce growth
- Optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS
- Drive end-to-end funnel performance: impressionsclicksadd-to-cartsconversions
- Improve on-site conversions through hypothesis-driven experimentation
- Build structured A/B tests across landing pages, creatives, audience cohorts, and offers
- Optimize checkout flows, repeat purchases, retention triggers, and LTV
- Own all growth analyticsdaily, weekly, monthly dashboards and KPI tracking
- Analyze cohort data, customer behavior, drop-offs, and attribution paths to identify growth levers
- Translate data into actionable insights for performance, product, and content teams
- Present insights directly to founders to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with brand & content teams to produce performance-first creatives
- Partner with product & operations teams to enhance customer journeys and retention levers
- Coordinate with community, CRM, and organic teams for aligned growth strategies
- Oversee shoot planning, content direction, and performance-relevant creative briefs when required
- Foster a fast-paced test-and-learn culture across channels, offers, audiences, and creative formats
- Research trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to uncover new growth opportunities
- Pitch, plan, and execute initiatives to scale revenue month-on-month
You're a Perfect Fit If You:
- Have 35 years of experience in growth/performance marketing in a D2C brand, e-commerce company, or high-growth startup.
- Are from a Tier-1 college / top B-school (preferred but not mandatory).
- Are an analytics-first marketer who loves dashboards, numbers, and root-cause analysis.
- Have experience owning end-to-end revenue funnels and improving CAC/ROAS.
- Are comfortable coordinating with founders and leading cross-functional execution.
- Are extremely detail-oriented, structured, and curiousview growth as a science, not guesswork.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and want to build a brand from 01100.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with D2C brands in lifestyle, wellness, or premium consumer categories.
- Exposure to brand marketing, content strategy, or production planning.
- Experience in setting up analytics dashboards or reporting systems.
