We build structured intelligence products designed for founders, operators, and consumer brands.

Role Description

We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Executive who can build relationships with consumer brands and drive revenue through structured partnerships.

This role involves identifying alignment between brand objectives and Hypetrics intelligence initiatives, and converting that into meaningful collaborations.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and connect with relevant consumer brands, founders, and operators
  • Initiate conversations and explore partnership opportunities
  • Present Hypetrics intelligence initiatives in a clear, structured manner
  • Drive partnership-led revenue across Hypetrics initiatives
  • Manage the full lifecycle from outreach to closure
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Develop long-term relationships with founders and brand teams
  • Understand brand positioning and category relevance
  • Act as a consistent point of contact for partners
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure clarity between partnerships and deliverables
  • Support ongoing communication post partnership

Who We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B Media Sales
  • Strong communication and structured thinking.
  • Proficient initiating conversations and outreach.
  • Understands startups, D2C brands, and consumer businesses.
