Role Description

This is a full-time work from office role for a Sales Manager, located in Nashik . The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market analysis, mentoring team members, and collaborating with other departments to drive profitability and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also represent the company at networking events and engage in activities to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven abilities in Sales Strategy, Revenue Generation, and Relationship Management
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching skills
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Client Engagement skills
  • Strong Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving capabilities
  • Experience with basic CRM tools and real estate sales platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in real estate or sales leadership roles is highly beneficial
