Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth & Outreach Executive to strengthen our clinic's visibility, lead generation, and local presence through consistent digital execution and on-ground outreach.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on marketing, understands how content and ads work together, and wants to see direct business impact from their efforts. You will work closely with the founders and internal team to execute growth initiatives across digital and offline channels.
Core Responsibilities
Digital Growth & Content
- Capture photos and videos inside the clinic for social media and campaigns
- Coordinate and publish reels, stories, and posts
- Assist with basic editing or coordinate edits (reels, short videos, creatives)
- Support performance marketing activities such as: Campaign setup assistance, Creative testing, Tracking basic ad performance
- Manage basic social interactions and pass leads to the sales team
Local Outreach & Partnerships
- Execute on-ground outreach with: Residential societies, Gyms, studios, wellness partners, Corporates and local businesses
- Support tie-ups, referral programs, and activations
- Represent the clinic during outreach initiatives
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Execute offers, events, and service launches as planned
- Ensure messaging consistency across digital and offline touchpoints
Reporting & Coordination
- Track content activity, leads generated, and outreach efforts
- Share regular updates with the management team
What This Role Does Not Include
- Closing sales or consultation bookings
- Pricing or brand strategy decisions
- Clinic operations or front-desk management
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must Have
- Strong execution mindset and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of social media platforms (especially Instagram & WhatsApp)
- Basic understanding of content editing and/or performance marketing concepts
- Comfort with on-ground outreach and field work
- Clear communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with:
- Video editing tools (mobile or desktop)
- Meta Ads or basic performance marketing workflows
- Prior exposure to wellness, healthcare, fitness, or lifestyle brands
- 03+ years experience (stronger profiles welcome)
