- Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) Growth
Own and execute strategies to grow awareness and attract the right engineering audience to Outskill
Identify and test new acquisition channels organic, paid, community, partnerships, and referrals
Monitor funnel metrics and continuously iterate to improve reach, CTR, and sign-up rates
Build and manage lead pipelines; coordinate campaigns that convert cold audiences into warm community members
- Workshop Operations & Logistics
Manage end-to-end logistics for every workshop scheduling, platform setup, attendee comms, and post-event follow-ups
Source, reach out to, and onboard mentors and industry experts for sessions
Research relevant profiles, draft personalised outreach, and manage the relationship pipeline
Coordinate between mentors, the tech team, and participants to ensure smooth session delivery
Maintain and improve SOPs and checklists that make workshop production repeatable and scalable
Research trending topics, skill gaps, and emerging tools in the engineering space to inform workshop and content calendars
Compile structured briefs for workshops, guest speakers, and social content
Track competitor programs, community conversations, and audience feedback to surface content opportunities
- Hosting & Community Presence
Host live sessions on video open sessions, introduce mentors, facilitate Q&A, and keep energy high
Be the on-screen face of Outskill Engineers for certain community-facing touchpoints
Create short-form video clips or intro content for social distribution when needed
- Data Analysis & Decision-Making
Track key growth and engagement metrics across channels, workshops, and content and actually understand what they mean
Build and maintain dashboards or simple reports to give the team visibility
Use data to identify what's working, what isn't, and propose experiments to improve outcomes
Present clear, data-backed recommendations to the founding team on a regular cadence
YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF
You've worked in a growth, marketing, or operations role at a startup or fast-paced environment
You're comfortable on camera and can hold a room nervousness doesn't show
You understand funnels, conversion, and what moves the needle at the top vs. bottom of the pipeline
You're obsessed with data you don't take action without looking at numbers first
You can write a sharp outreach email, a content brief, and a Notion SOP without breaking a sweat
You're organised enough to juggle multiple moving parts (workshops, mentors, campaigns) without dropping balls
