Key Responsibilities
- Growth & distribution:
- Work on doctor partnerships and clinic expansion
- Execute marketplace growth (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Support D2C growth initiatives.
- Operations & execution:
- Handle day-to-day execution across marketing, supply chain, and sales
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams
- Ensure things move fast, no bottlenecks
- Problem solving:
- Take ownership of ambiguous problems and solve them end-to-end
- Build processes where none exist
- Improve efficiency across functions
- Founder's office:
- Work closely with the founder on key strategic and operational priorities
- Be involved in high-stakes decisions and execution
