Infra360 is a new-age cloud consulting company helping high-growth startups and enterprises design, scale, and secure their cloud infrastructure.

We specialize in Cloud, DevOps, SRE, and Cloud Security (CSPM) across AWS, Azure, and GCP, working with companies where infrastructure is mission-critical.

We operate with high ownership, deep engineering, and a focus on solving real-world infrastructure challenges at scale.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Growth & Marketing Lead to build and own Infra360's marketing and GTM engine from the ground up.

This is not a conventional marketing role.

You Will

  • Shape how Infra360 is positioned in the market
  • Build our narrative and thought leadership
  • Own core GTM assets (website, decks, case studies)
  • Drive distribution and inbound growth
  • Work directly with founders and influence revenue outcomes
  • You will act as the bridge between marketing, sales, and brand.

What You Will Own

  • Positioning & Messaging (Core)
  • Define and continuously refine Infra360's positioning
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives
  • Build strong POVs around DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, and Cloud Security
  • Founder-Led Content & Thought Leadership
  • Work closely with founders to:
    • Extract insights, opinions, and real-world experiences
    • Convert them into high-quality LinkedIn content, blogs, and narratives
  • Build a credible voice in the cloud and DevOps ecosystem
  • Case Studies & Proof Engine
  • Turn client work into compelling stories:
    • Problem Architecture Solution Impact
  • Build a strong repository of:
    • Case studies
    • Testimonials
    • Proof-driven assets
  • Content Strategy & Quality Control
  • Define what content to create (and what NOT to)
  • Collaborate with external vendors on:
    • Blogs
    • SEO content
    • Website copy
  • Ensure all content meets a high bar for clarity, depth, and relevance
  • Distribution & Growth Loops
  • Own how content is distributed:
    • LinkedIn (primary channel)
    • Founder network
    • Targeted communities (e.g., Reddit, DevOps forums)
  • Build repeatable distribution systems, not one-off campaigns
  • Website as a Growth Asset
  • Own website direction (not development):
    • Messaging clarity
    • ICP-specific landing pages
    • Conversion optimization
  • Work with design/dev vendors to continuously improve performance
  • Sales Enablement & GTM Assets (CRITICAL)
  • Own creation and evolution of:
    • Company deck
    • Sales decks (ICP-specific)
    • Capability/solution decks
    • Case study presentations
  • Work closely with founders to:
    • Capture sales narratives
    • Address real objections
    • Improve conversion through better storytelling
  • Demand Capture & Brand Trust
  • Build and manage presence on platforms like:
    • G2
    • Clutch
  • Create systems to:
    • Capture reviews
    • Collect testimonials
    • Strengthen brand credibility
  • Vendor & Marketing System Ownership
  • Own and manage external vendors (SEO, content, design, website)
  • Act as the single owner of the marketing system
  • Ensure alignment across messaging, content, and execution
How You Will Work

  • Work directly with founders on strategy and insights
  • Work closely with Customer Success to capture client insights and convert them into case studies and proof assets
  • Collaborate with Sales to continuously refine messaging based on real deal conversations
  • Own outcomes, not just tasks
  • Bring structure, clarity, and consistency to marketing
  • Think independently and challenge assumptions
  • Strong sense of quality and judgment you can differentiate between average and exceptional content
  • You will own the marketing system end-to-end not just execution, but how all pieces (content, distribution, sales assets) work together

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • 25 years of experience in the B2B Tech IT Services ecosystem marketing
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts
  • Experience working with founders or in early-stage environments
  • High ownership mindset with a bias for action

Good-to-Have

  • Exposure to Cloud / DevOps / Infrastructure domain
  • Experience managing vendors or cross-functional execution
  • Familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot, GA, and SEO tools

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not a social media manager
  • Not a pure content writer
  • Not an SEO executor
  • Not a campaign-only marketer
