About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies that engage high-value target accounts and drive qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ABM strategies and campaigns for key target accounts.
• Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to identify and engage priority accounts.
• Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and develop account-specific messaging.
• Plan and execute personalized campaigns across email, LinkedIn, content, webinars, events, and other channels.
• Create and manage account-specific content and marketing assets.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Maintain account lists, segmentation, and campaign data in CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on account engagement and performance insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ABM, demand generation, or account marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing ABM campaigns and targeted account programs.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and lead/account nurturing.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Business Development teams.

Good to Have

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar platforms.
• Experience in IT services, SaaS, consulting, or technology businesses.
• Understanding of intent data, account scoring, and pipeline attribution.
