Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Outreach

  • Identify, research, and generate high-quality B2B leads across industries and target accounts.
  • Connect with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers via LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists and pipelines using CRM and outreach tools.

Performance Marketing (Paid Campaigns)

  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.
  • Help refine targeting, messaging, and creatives to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Research new audience segments, platforms, and growth opportunities for B2B demand generation.

Email & Nurture Marketing

  • Support execution of email marketing campaigns and automated drip sequences for B2B prospects and decision-makers.
  • Assist with contact segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing of email campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve campaign effectiveness.

Event & Partnership Support

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing webinars, conferences, and industry events.
  • Support outreach to partners, speakers, and attendees before and after events to maximize participation and lead capture.
  • Help track event performance, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse growth and demand generation performance using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns with performance data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong interest in B2B growth marketing, lead generation, and demand creation.
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, email tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Prior internship, coursework, or certification in digital, growth, or performance marketing preferred.
