We give 5,000+ families across India access to 1,000+ premium, sanitised toys and books at a fraction of the cost of buying, with unlimited swaps, damage waiver, and free delivery. We are on a mission to make every Indian child's playtime smarter, more sustainable, and endlessly exciting.

We are now building the growth engine that takes us from 5,000 to 50,000 subscribers. This role is the cornerstone of that mission.

The Role

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the entire paid and organic acquisition funnel from the first Meta video view to the subscription confirmation call. You will work directly with the founders, manage a growing ad budget, brief the creative team, and partner with the inside sales team to close the loop between lead quality and conversion. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role with a clear path to VP Marketing as we scale.

What will you own

Paid acquisition Meta, Google, YouTube

Plan, execute and optimise full-funnel Meta campaigns Awareness, App Install, Lead Gen, and Conversion

Scale monthly ad budget from 8L to 25L+ while maintaining CAC below 1000

Manage creative testing brief the team, analyse ThruPlay rates, identify winning hooks, iterate fast

Build and manage custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting pools across all funnel stages

Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and CTAs

Lead funnel and inside sales partnership

Work with the inside sales team to track lead-to-subscription conversion rate per campaign type

Define lead quality benchmarks distinguish high-intent app installs from cold form fills

Set up lead scoring and routing so the sales team calls the right leads within 30 minutes

Reduce cost per qualified lead (not just cost per lead) as the primary efficiency metric

Organic and content growth

Drive SEO strategy for theelefant.ai keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimisation

Grow the Champion referral programme design incentives, track referral CAC vs paid CAC

Manage influencer and parenting community partnerships for organic reach

Analytics and reporting

Own the marketing dashboard daily CAC, ROAS, CPL, lead-to-sub rate, funnel drop-off by stage

Set up Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and app event tracking end-to-end

Present weekly performance reviews to founders with clear next actions

Who we are looking for

Must have

35 years in performance marketing, with at least 2 years running Meta campaigns end-to-end

Proven experience scaling ad budgets you have taken a campaign from 50k/month to 5L+ and can talk through exactly how

Deep understanding of Meta's learning phase, audience fragmentation, auction dynamics, and creative testing

Experience with app install campaigns and understanding of the install-to-conversion funnel

Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and at least one attribution or CRM tool

Strong analytical instinct you look at a CPM, CTR, and CVR together, not in isolation

Strong advantage

Experience with D2C subscription brands or edtech/kidtech in India

Hands-on with Meta Conversions API or server-side event tracking

Have managed or collaborated closely with an inside sales team

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API for lead nurturing

Basic SQL or ability to pull your own data without waiting for a data analyst
