Growth Marketing Manager

As an App Marketing Manager, you will manage client growth end-to-end—combining marketing strategy, product recommendations, and business insights to deliver measurable results and long-term success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and execute comprehensive growth strategies for each app client—including ASO, Paid Acquisition, Monetization, and Retention
• Work closely with founders, product leads, and CMOs to understand goals and translate them into actionable plans
• Lead product-level growth consulting: onboarding optimization, paywall improvements, in-app conversion improvements, and funnel analysis
• Analyze key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention and optimize user journeys
• Collaborate with internal UA, ASO, and Creative teams to execute growth plans and experiments
• Work with ASO managers on keyword strategy, creative assets, and overall ASO roadmap to boost organic visibility
• Partner with performance marketing specialists to optimize campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, etc.
• Use tools like Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, AppTweak, Data Studio to derive insights and identify growth opportunities
• Conduct weekly syncs and monthly reviews with clients to present results, insights, and future strategy

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in mobile app marketing, digital strategy, or growth consulting
• Basic understanding of app ecosystems, paid ads, analytics, and app store dynamics
• Hands-on experience with ASO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Apple Search Ads is preferred
• Strong analytical thinking with a data-first mindset
• Ability to understand and evaluate creative designs for performance impact
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions
