Role overview & Key responsibilities:

This role exists to directly contribute to revenue by building a repeatable demand generation engine that works with sales to create qualified pipeline and closed deals. This is not a brand-only or social media role. Success is measured by pipeline and revenue influence.

1.Revenue-Led Demand Generation

- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline

- Design campaigns that generate SQL-quality leads, not just MQLs

- Work closely with sales to define ICPs, buying committees, and deal stages

2.Account-Based & Enterprise Marketing

- Run ABM campaigns for priority enterprise accounts (ESG heads, procurement, CXOs, hospitals, institutions, etc.)

- Create targeted narratives for different stakeholders in the buying journey

- Support sales with account intelligence, pitch decks, case studies, and follow-ups

3.Founder- & Category-Led Growth

- Leverage founder voice, POVs, and insights to build credibility and demand

- Help position PadCare as a category leader, not just a service provider

- Drive LinkedIn, events, partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives

4.Performance Marketing

- Run and optimize LinkedIn & Google campaigns focused on high-intent audiences

- Track CPL SQL Pipeline conversion (not vanity metrics)

- Test, learn, and iterate without burning money

5.Content That Converts

- Own high-impact assets: case studies, one-pagers, landing pages, ESG narratives

- Collaborate with internal teams to convert wins into sales-enablement content

- Ensure content is built for deal acceleration, not just visibility

What we're looking for:

  • 47 years in B2B growth / demand / revenue marketing
  • Has worked with sales teams closely (not in isolation)
  • Comfortable with long sales cycles & enterprise buyers
  • Strong first-principles thinker not just channel executor
  • Has built campaigns that influenced or closed real revenue
  • Culture Fit:Integrity, Customer Focus, Entrepreneurship, Collaboration, Innovation

Bonus if you've worked in:

  • Climate tech / sustainability / infra / SaaS / enterprise services
  • Early-stage or scaling startups (0 1 or 1 10)
