· Role Overview: The Marketing Manager will own growth marketing across BE and Mother Diary with responsibility for campaigns, performance marketing, SEO, CRM, hospital activations and marketplace growth. The role requires both strategic planning and execution discipline.
· Key Responsibilities:
o Own monthly and quarterly marketing calendar across BE products, Mother Diary and key campaigns
o Lead digital acquisition through Google, Meta, marketplace ads, SEO and app install campaigns
o Drive app installs, website traffic, product sales, marketplace growth, MD sign-ups and repeat purchase campaigns
o Plan hospital and BirthRight activations including QR cards, flyers, discharge inserts, store promotions and event marketing • Build CRM, WhatsApp and email journeys including welcome flow, abandoned cart, reorder reminders, product education and offer campaigns
o Work with external and internal teams to execute campaigns across channels
o Track CAC, ROAS, CTR, app installs, traffic, conversion, campaign revenue, QR scans and marketplace performance
· Preferred Profile:
o 5 to 8 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, D2C, ecommerce or consumer brands
o Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, SEO and campaign planning
· • Experience in healthcare, wellness, parenting, beauty or lifestyle brands preferred
