Job Description

Role Overview

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will own and drive end-to-end growth initiatives

across multiple NxtWave products. You will work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Tech,

and Sales, using data, experimentation, and user insights to unlock scalable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in app-first consumer tech environments, enjoys running

experiments, and takes strong ownership of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own growth across the entire user journey acquisition, activation, engagement,

retention, and revenue

Identify high-impact growth opportunities using user behavior and data insights

Build hypotheses, design experiments, and run structured A/B tests

Scale successful experiments across products and funnels

Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders

Define clear problem statements, analyze root causes, and propose creative solutions

Track performance metrics and prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership

Manage multiple initiatives with strong prioritization and execution discipline

Lead and mentor 12 junior team members, ensuring high-quality delivery

Key Metrics You Will Own

Conversion rates

User activation and engagement

Retention and cohort performance

Revenue and LTV

Funnel efficiency across touchpoints

Key Qualities We're Looking For

Customer-first mindset with strong user empathy

Creative, analytical, and experiment-driven thinking

Strong cross-functional stakeholder management

High ownership with a get things done attitude

Bias for action in a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements

37 years of experience in growth, product, marketing, strategy, or related roles

Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and growth experiments

Strong analytical skills; working knowledge of Excel, SQL, and analytics dashboards

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution skills

Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Preferred

Prior experience in edtech, consumer tech, or high-growth startups

Marketing experience in app-first consumer tech startups

Exposure to automation tools, CRM systems, or tech-driven growth workflows
