Live on the web and soon on iOS and Android, we offer curated book summaries in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Bahasa Indonesia, and more.

We are looking for a highly driven, creative, and execution-oriented Growth Marketing Manager who can develop and execute full-funnel growth programs across channels. You'll have direct ownership of growth KPIs, working closely with the founders, content, and product teams. You're someone who loves data but can also create viral reels. You understand both the art and science of growth.

Important: Experience with AI content tools, such as Eleven Labs, Video Generations, Automation Workflows, Notion, and Social media automation, is a core skill for this job.

Key Responsibilities

Content-Led Growth & Distribution

• Create short-form video content (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) to drive organic traffic and engagement.
• Build influencer and micro-creator collaborations.
• Repurpose written summaries into video, carousel, and social media content.

Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing

• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Own CAC, ROAS, and paid acquisition KPIs.
• Work with ad creatives, copywriting, and audience targeting.

SEO & Organic Growth

• Manage SEO freelancers/agencies; own SEO strategy and performance.
• Optimize programmatic SEO content, keyword clustering, and on-page optimization.
• Build content distribution systems across forums, including Quora and Reddit, as well as relevant communities.

Growth Automation & Stack Ownership

• Set up automated distribution across social channels.
• Implement growth tools like email marketing, push notifications, retargeting, and Zapier automation.
• Collaborate with the product team on growth loops, referral programs, and retention strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

• Build dashboards for daily/weekly tracking of KPIs.
• Monitor cohort retention, funnel performance, and growth experiments.

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of hands-on growth marketing experience in a content platform, B2C App, media, edtech, or consumer app.
• You can independently create, edit, and post video content.
• Deep experience with Meta/Google/TikTok ad platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO — programmatic SEO is a big plus.
• Experience managing freelancers or agencies for SEO, creative production, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with growth KPIs, retention data, and dashboards.
• Important: Experience with AI content tools, Zapier, Webflow, Notion, or low-code platforms.
