About The Role
We are looking for a driven and data-savvy Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our demand-generation and supply engine. You will be the architect of multi-channel campaigns, spanning email automation, LinkedIn outreach, events with a relentless focus on pipeline growth and measurable ROI.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will strategize, execute, analyse, and iterate, wearing both the strategist and operator hat. If you love turning data into decisions and campaigns into revenue, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Design and manage end-to-end email campaigns, nurture sequences, drip workflows, and broadcasts using platforms like Reply.io and Apollo
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and CTAs to continuously improve open rates, CTR, and conversions; maintain list hygiene and segmentation.
- Monitor campaign engagement and iterate on targeting, messaging, and creative to improve lead qualification and volume.
- Own top-of-funnel lead generation across inbound and outbound channels, ensuring a steady flow of MQLs to the sales team aligned with ICP criteria.
- Work closely with sales to align on lead quality, follow-up cadences, and feedback loops.
- Track and report on key KPIs, MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, email/LinkedIn engagement, and pipeline influence via dashboards.
- Spot underperforming campaigns early and make data-backed pivots to strategy, messaging, or channel mix.
- Plan and execute campaigns to support MAVI's talent supply pipeline, working with internal ops teams to identify gaps and running targeted outreach across email and LinkedIn to attract, engage, and re-engage candidates at the right time.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven proficiency with email automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Apollo or Reply.io
- Demonstrated success in running end-to-end lead generation campaigns with measurable pipeline impact.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and translate insights into action without waiting for direction.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a bias toward experimentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in a B2B marketing environment.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with minimal hand-holding.
- Comfortable presenting campaign results and strategy recommendations to leadership.
