We are looking for a highly execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager to own our organic growth engine end-to-end.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are looking for a highly analytical, AI-native, content-first growth operator who understands:

SEO,
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization),
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization),
content distribution,
community growth,
fintech trust building,
and AI-assisted content operations.

You will own Xpat.money's:

organic search visibility,
AI search presence,
content strategy,
social distribution,
website optimization,
community engagement,
and multi-channel organic acquisition engine.

This role requires someone who can both:

think strategically,
and execute hands-on daily.

What You'll OwnSEO / AEO / GEO Strategy

Own end-to-end:

SEO,
AEO,
GEO,
and AI-answer-engine visibility strategy.

Drive how Xpat.money appears across:

Google Search,
Google AI Overviews,
ChatGPT,
Perplexity,
Gemini,
Claude,
and emerging AI discovery platforms.

Responsibilities include:

keyword strategy,
search intent mapping,
topical authority development,
internal linking,
schema implementation,
metadata optimization,
AI citation optimization,
backlink strategy,
and technical SEO health.

You will act as the gatekeeper for:

SEO standards,
AI-search optimization,
and organic discoverability across all published content.

Content & Organic Growth

Build and scale a fintech-focused content engine around:

remittances,
forex,
USD-INR trends,
visa news,
H1B topics,
taxation,
NRI finance,
banking,
international money movement,
and financial education.

Own:

blogs,
landing pages,
educational guides,
newsletters,
rapid-response content,
thought leadership,
social-first content,
and AI-assisted content workflows.

Build scalable derivative content systems where:

one long-form article becomes:
LinkedIn posts,
SEO pages,
YouTube shorts,
newsletters,
Reddit posts,
WhatsApp content,
and AI-answer assets.

Technical SEO & Website Optimization

Own website growth and optimization end-to-end:

technical SEO,
metadata,
structured data,
schema markup,
page performance,
indexing,
crawl optimization,
internal linking,
landing page optimization,
and conversion optimization.

Partner with engineering and design teams on:

CMS updates,
page builds,
SEO migrations,
schema implementation,
A/B testing,
and website experimentation.

Experience with:

JSON-LD,
FAQ schema,
Organization schema,
Breadcrumb schema,
Product schema,
and AI-search optimization frameworks is highly preferred.

Community & Social Growth

Own Xpat.money's organic social and community growth initiatives across:

LinkedIn,
X/Twitter,
Reddit,
YouTube,
WhatsApp,
Telegram,
and diaspora communities.

Responsibilities include:

community engagement,
creator collaboration,
influencer outreach,
organic distribution,
social amplification,
and NRI community building.

You will help position Xpat.money as:

a trusted fintech brand,
an educational platform,
and a go-to remittance resource for Indian communities in the U.S.

Video & Multimedia

Lead content repurposing and video distribution strategy:

founder videos,
educational explainers,
rate updates,
reels,
short-form clips,
interviews,
and customer stories.

Use AI-assisted workflows for:

editing,
captioning,
repurposing,
and multi-platform distribution.

AI-Native Content Operations

Build AI-assisted content production systems across:

SEO research,
content generation,
localization,
optimization,
social adaptation,
video workflows,
and analytics.

We are looking for someone who understands how AI is fundamentally changing:

search,
discovery,
content creation,
and digital distribution.

Required QualificationsExperience

3–7+ years in:
SEO,
digital marketing,
content marketing,
growth marketing,
or organic acquisition roles
Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, remittance, crypto, banking, or financial services preferred

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with:

Ahrefs
SEMrush
Google Search Console
GA4
Screaming Frog
WordPress or similar CMS platforms
SEO optimization tools
AI content tools
schema implementation
technical SEO audits

Preferred:

basic HTML/CSS understanding,
AI workflow tooling,
automation platforms,
and prompt engineering familiarity.
