Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in New Delhi for a Growth Marketing Manager. The role involves developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive user growth, analyzing data to monitor campaign performance, and optimizing marketing initiatives. Other key responsibilities include managing marketing automation systems, overseeing growth projects, and leveraging web analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, consistent tracking of growth metrics, and managing end-to-end campaigns are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Marketing Automation
• Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and Customer turnover ratio.
• Revenue Generation Strategies as well as Success Campaign Manager
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to use Figma , Canva , MS-Tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Relevant experience in the tech or AI industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent field preferred
