Role Description
This full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager is based in Delhi-NCR. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role includes creating and executing business strategies, negotiating deals, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. The Manager will also represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and establish partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, with experience in identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and meeting revenue targets
- Familiarity with market analysis, strategic planning, and creating business strategies
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
- Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; knowledge of supply chain technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
