Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Growth Marketing Manager located in Mumbai with a hybrid work model, allowing some work from home. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for devising and executing growth marketing strategies, analyzing marketing data and web analytics, and managing marketing projects. Additionally, the role involves implementing and optimizing marketing automation processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge and a minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns and Meta Ads Manager
• Growth Marketing skills to develop and execute strategies
• Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics skills for data analysis and insights
• Project Management skills to oversee multiple marketing projects effectively
• Marketing Automation skills to implement and optimize marketing tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in the software development industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
