Frontlyne is a retail AI platform that empowers frontline retail employees through intelligent training and operational tools. Our products - including FrontlyneQ, an AI-powered training platform - serve retail organizations across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

We're looking for a strategic marketing leader to drive our growth across markets at very different stages of maturity.

The Role :

As our Growth Marketing Strategist, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy that moves prospects from awareness through consideration to conversion. You'll design and optimize our funnel systems, develop compelling hooks and messaging, coordinate cross- functionally with content and marketing team members, and continuously evaluate performance through A/B testing and data analysis.

A critical dimension of this role is multi-market strategy. Our brand awareness varies dramatically - approximately 50% in India, 5% in the Middle East, and near 0% in Southeast Asia. You'll need to build differentiated playbooks for each region, balancing brand-building in newer markets with conversion optimization in mature ones.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Funnel Strategy & Architecture: Design, build, and optimize the full marketing funnel tailored to each target market's maturity level. Define the customer journey for different segments and regions. Develop region-specific strategies: conversion-focused for India, credibility-building for the Middle East, and ground-up awareness for Southeast Asia.

2) Hook Development & Messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks for retail decision-makers. Test multiple angles to identify what drives engagement across markets. Translate Frontlyne's AI capabilities into clear, outcome-driven language.

3) Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central strategist coordinating content creators, marketing team members, and stakeholders. Define content briefs, campaign calendars, and deliverable timelines. Ensure messaging consistency across channels and regions.

4) Multi-Market Go-to-Market Planning: Build market entry and growth playbooks per region. Conduct market research on target segments, competitive landscape, and channel opportunities. Develop localized strategies accounting for cultural nuances and buyer behavior differences.

5) A/B Testing & Performance Optimization: Design and execute structured experiments across messaging, channels, and funnel stages. Track CAC, conversion rates, channel ROI, and regional performance. Build reporting frameworks and dashboards.

6) Content Strategy Direction: Define content needs at each funnel stage per market. Oversee content production priorities and identify gaps based on performance data.

7) Budget & Resource Allocation: Recommend budget allocation across markets and channels. Balance short-term conversion goals with long-term brand-building.

8) Trend Monitoring & Competitive Intelligence: Stay current on B2B SaaS marketing trends, retail tech developments, and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

1) 4 - 7 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing strategy (B2B SaaS preferred)

2) Proven track record building and optimizing funnels that drive pipeline and revenue

3) Multi-market experience across geographies with varying brand maturity

4) Strong analytical skills - A/B testing, marketing analytics, performance reporting

5) Excellent cross-functional coordination with content, design, and sales teams

6) Strategic thinking with execution bias

7) Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (content, paid, email, social, SEO/SEM, partnerships)

8) Exceptional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

1) Experience in retail technology, HR tech, or workforce enablement

2) Familiarity with AI/ML product marketing

3) Experience marketing to retail operations personas

4) Exposure to Middle Eastern or Southeast Asian markets

5) Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation tools

What Success Looks Like :

First 30 Days: Audit current marketing, map the funnel, understand each market's status, identify quick wins.

First 90 Days: Deliver a comprehensive multi-market growth strategy with differentiated playbooks. Launch initial A/B tests and establish baselines.

First 6 Months: Measurable improvement in India conversion rates, growing awareness in the Middle East, and an established beachhead in Southeast Asia.
