About the Role

We are looking for a Growth & Revenue Manager to take ownership of our online revenue engine. It is a strategic and hands-on marketing role focused on scaling D2C channels, optimizing unit economics, and building automated systems.

You will sit at the intersection of Performance Marketing, SEO, and Product. You won't just spend budget; you will be responsible for the Why and How behind our growth lowering CAC through organic search, improving ROAS on paid channels, and using data to fix leaky funnels. If you are a builder who loves looking at GA4, optimizing checkout flows, and scaling revenue through both paid and organic means, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing (Paid Acquisition)
  • Ad Channel Ownership: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google (Search/Shopping/YouTube), and LinkedIn.
  • Creative Strategy: Design high-converting ad concepts and iterate based on performance data.
  • Budget Management: Own the performance budget, allocating spend dynamically to channels with the highest efficiency.
2. SEO & Organic Growth
  • Strategy & Technical SEO: Audit and optimize the website architecture, site speed, and mobile performance to ensure indexability.
  • High-Intent Content: Execute a keyword strategy targeting high-intent (transactional) search terms, not just generic volume.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize product pages, category pages, and landing pages for relevant keywords to capture ready-to-buy traffic.
  • Authority Building: oversee backlink strategies and content distribution to build domain authority.
3. Partnerships & Affiliates
  • Program Management: Build and scale Affiliate & Referral programs from the ground up.
  • Strategic Alliances: Identify and onboard influencers, communities
  • Enablement: Create tracking links and assets needed for partners to sell effectively.
4. CRO & User Journey Optimization
  • Funnel Analysis: Deeply analyze user behavior using tools like Hotjar, Clarity, or Microsoft Clarity to identify drop-off points.
  • Experimentation: Run A/B tests (via VWO or similar) on landing pages and checkout flows to improve conversion rates.
  • Trust & UX: Optimize the last mile (payment gateways, trust signals, logistics visibility) to reduce cart abandonment.
5. Martech & Automation
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Implement automation (Email, WhatsApp, Push) using tools like HubSpot, WebEngage, MoEngage, or Klaviyo.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain clean data reporting in GA4 and GSC (Google Search Console).

Who You Are (Requirements)
  • The Experience: 35 years of proven experience in Growth Marketing or D2C E-commerce. You have a portfolio of wins where you directly impacted revenue.
  • The Paid Stack: Expert in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • The Organic Stack: Proficient with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console
  • The Analyst: You are advanced in Excel/Google Sheets. You understand that Growth is mathCAC, LTV, AOV, and Contribution Margin are your daily language.
  • The Technical Marketer: You aren't a developer, but you understand HTML/CSS basics, structured data (schema markup), and API integrations.
  • The Mindset: You are highly autonomous. You don't need a manual; you need a target.
