Job Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

-Plan and execute retention strategies across CRM, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and loyalty programs

--Optimize funnels across channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, Influencer performance, etc.)

-Analyze campaign performance using data dashboards (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Shopify, Mixpanel, etc.)

-Scale customer acquisition efficiently while improving CAC:LTV ratio

-Work closely with creative, product, and tech teams to design landing pages, ad creatives, and campaigns that convert

-Run experiments (A/B tests, new channels, creatives, offers) to continuously improve funnel performance

-Contribute to brand growth roadmap, including market expansion, partnerships, and influencer-led campaigns

-Monitor and report key growth metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, churn rate, and repeat purchase rate

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in growth/performance/ retention marketing across Meta, Google, and app-focused platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, attribution, martech tools, and customer funnel management.
  • Demonstrated success in growing digital acquisition, optimizing ROI, and improving new user retention.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and incrementality testing.
  • Prior experience in D2C, fashion, beauty, or consumer tech sectors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about women's activewear and creating a movement-driven brand.
