  • ART Technology & Software: AI accelerated software development, Product & Engineering services

  • LatticeMind: AI Powered Cybersecurity Services
  • Storia Films: AI-based film making & media production

We are looking to hire a Growth Marketing Manager to build our growth engine for all these different group companies from the ground up designing viral loops, referral systems, content-led demand generation that brings qualified pipeline as per the relevant ICP for the group companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and launch viral loops & referral programmes (free tools, shareable content, client referral incentives) that generate self-reinforcing lead flow
  • Own full-funnel demand generation paid (LinkedIn/Google Ads), organic (SEO, LinkedIn content), ABM, email nurture, and event-to-pipeline conversion
  • Build and run growth experiments every quarter using known frameworks - test fast, kill losers, scale winners
  • Manage Zoho CRM + Zoho Marketing Automation workflows: lead scoring, drip campaigns, SDR handoff, attribution tracking
  • Drive LinkedIn thought leadership programme across CEO, BD lead, and senior engineer accounts (35 posts/week cadence)
  • Build growth dashboards showcase CAC, MQL/SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, channel ROI, viral coefficient
  • Create practitioner-grade content: Explainers, playbooks, Guides content that leaders share

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 510 yrs in growth marketing / demand gen / performance marketing; 3+ yrs in B2B tech services, SaaS, or fintech
  • Experience of building growth system in an IT services company
  • Proven track record building viral loops, referral engines, or PLG mechanics with measurable pipeline impact
  • Strong with data: dashboards, lead scoring, multi-touch attribution, A/B testing, SQL/spreadsheets
  • Excellent English (written + verbal) primary audience is UK/EU financial services decision-makers
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Gemini etc.

Good to Have

  • Experience marketing to UK/EU and Global Clients
  • Community building experience (Slack groups, LinkedIn communities, practitioner networks)
