Role Summary
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Intern to support our content marketing and social media initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in SaaS marketing, content creation, and brand growth at an early-stage startup.
You will work closely with the founding team and gain end-to-end exposure to how marketing works inside a real AI product company.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Blogging
- Research topics related to recruitment, HR tech, AI, and startups
- Write high-quality blogs including industry insights, trend analysis, and competitor comparisons
- Edit and format content for publishing on Spotted AI's blog
- Social Media & Creative
- Assist in managing Spotted AI's LinkedIn presence
- Create static posts, carousels, and short reels using Canva Pro
- Draft engaging LinkedIn content for both brand and founder profiles
- Analyze engagement and optimize content formats
- Research & Market Tracking
- Monitor competitor content strategies and positioning
- Track trends in hiring, recruitment technology, and SaaS marketing
- Suggest content ideas aligned with growth objectives
Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Interest in startups, marketing, and technology
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and content creation tools
- Comfort with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Google Docs/Sheets
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior SEO or technical experience is not required.
