What You'll Actually Do

This is NOT a make Canva posts role.

You'll work directly with the founder on:

• Building AI-powered content pipelines (Reels, LinkedIn, ads)

• Turning content into lead-gen systems (ManyChat, funnels, sequences)

• Setting up and improving conversion flows (landing pages bookings)

• Running and analysing Meta ads (creative > targeting)

• Creating systems that turn attention into pipeline

You'll also collaborate with AI engineers to:

build internal tools

automate marketing workflows

improve client acquisition systems

Who This Is For

You're a fit if:

• You've already built something (content page, AI workflow, automation, etc.)

• You don't wait for instructions — you figure things out

• You understand that marketing = revenue, not aesthetics

• You're obsessed with how AI is changing content + distribution

• You're comfortable moving fast, testing, breaking things

Bonus (not required):

• Experience with Meta Ads / funnels

• Used tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, etc.

• Built any form of automation or system

Compensation

30,000 – 40,000/month

(Performance-based growth opportunity)
