About the role
We're an earlystage B2B SaaS startup in the SOC, ISO and GRC automation space, led by an exAWS founder. We're now investing in a consistent content engine and founderled social presence, and are looking for a smart, executionfocused intern who can help us scale reach and engagement over the next 812 weeks.
Role: Founder's Office Intern Marketing & Community
Focus: 50% founder social media management (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Reddit) + 50% blog/SEO and content distribution
Mode: Fully Remote
Duration: 3 months paid internship with potential to convert to fulltime role based on performance

What you will do
Founder Social Media & Community (50%)
- Schedule and publish posts on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Reddit to build the founder's personal brand and drive engagement in key communities (GRC, InfoSec, SaaS GTM).
- Work directly with the Founder and Head of Marketing to plan weekly content calendars, repurpose insights from internal conversations, and craft authentic founderled narratives.
- Engage with relevant conversations on Reddit (r/cybersecurity, r/startups, r/saas) and LinkedIn to position the founder as a thought leader in the compliance automation space.
- Monitor engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, follower growth) and maintain a weekly social media performance dashboard.
Blog, SEO & Website Publishing (50%)
- Take structured outlines and drafts from the Head of Marketing and turn them into polished blogs using a human + AI workflow.
- Publish blogs on our website (currently Webflow, moving to a Vercelbased stack): formatting, internal links, basic onpage SEO, images, meta data, and final checks.
- Maintain a simple SEO checklist for every post (title, slug, headings, meta description, internal linking, alt text).
- Repurpose each blog into LinkedIn posts, X threads, and Reddit discussion starters to drive traffic back to the site.
- Coordinate with our graphic design contractor to get visuals and plug them into blog templates and social posts.

- How to run a practical human + AI content workflow endtoend (from outline draft published distributed across channels).
- Basics of Webflow and a modern Vercelbased marketing stack for blog/website publishing.
- How to think about content performance using real traffic and engagement numbers, not just vanity metrics.
- How earlystage startups operate from the Founder's Office perspective, with direct exposure to GTM strategy and execution.
Who should apply
- MBA / BBA / graduate students in their final year or recent graduates.
- Strong written English and comfort with tools (AI writing tools, social media schedulers, Webflow or any CMS, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Interested in B2B marketing, content, SaaS, founder branding, or startup Founder's Office style roles.
- Active on LinkedIn and X, with an understanding of how professional social media works (bonus: familiar with Reddit communities).
- Comfortable working fully remotely, taking ownership of tasks, and iterating quickly based on feedback.
- Selfstarter mindset with ambition to grow into a fulltime marketing role at an earlystage startup.
