Role overview & Key Responsibilities:
As our Growth Marketing Executive, you will sit at the point where marketing strategy meets B2B pipeline. You will build and run outbound campaigns, manage the tools and workflows that power our GTM motion, write content that opens doors, and then walk through some of those doors yourself by taking first calls with potential leads before handing off to our senior sales team.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable crafting an email sequence and jumping on a discovery call. Someone who tracks their work in terms of outcomes, not outputs. If you are early in your career but think commercially, move fast, and are genuinely curious about how AI and automation can make you 10x more effective, this is a role you can grow fast in.
GTM Campaigns
- Plan and manage B2B go-to-market campaigns across outbound email and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain email workflows and automated sequences on our CRM and campaign tooling.
- Write sharp, on-brand copy for campaigns, including outreach emails, follow-up sequences, and supporting content.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to gather inputs and keep campaigns moving.
Sales Development
- Take first discovery calls with inbound and outbound leads, qualify them, and hand off to our sales team with clear context.
- Manage and maintain the CRM platform, keeping pipeline data clean, up to date, and actionable.
- Identify patterns in outreach performance and feed those learnings back into campaign strategy.
General Marketing Support
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing requirements across the team as campaigns and priorities evolve.
- Bring a proactive attitude to finding gaps and filling them before being asked.
