We're looking for a Growth Marketing Executive (Content & SEO) to join our team and turn diverse inputsclient conversations, industry insights, internal notes, or existing videosinto compelling blogs and videos that help us hit our MQL targets.

This is a role for someone who enjoys creative autonomy, not someone restricted to rewriting transcripts. You'll shape stories, build credibility, and create content that drives real growth.

What You'll Do

• Turn diverse inputs (client discussions, team insights, research notes, reference videos, etc.) into clear, valuable blog posts.
• Create derivative video content by interpreting existing videos and producing short, engaging formats.
• Publish content that helps readers understand our expertiseand guides them toward becoming qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the content experience is engaging, professional, and conversion friendly.
• Track performance, optimize content, and consistently meet monthly MQL targets.
• Work with SEO basics to maximize content visibility and organic reach.
• Use modern no-code publishing tools to streamline content creation and distribution.

• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Creative thinking to produce both written and video content from multiple input formats.
• Comfort with SEO basics and modern no-code publishing tools.
• A growth mindset focused on turning content into measurable business outcomes.
• A sense of ownershipyou enjoy building content that feels like your own work, not just rewriting instructions.
• Experience in content marketing, blogging, or growth marketing is a plus.
