We are looking for a high-ownership Growth Marketing professional to join Collabera's Growth Marketing Wing. This role is central to driving our GTM content engine and execution, ensuring all client-facing marketing assets are delivered with speed, quality, and strategic alignment. While rooted in operations, the role adds a layer of content thinking and stakeholder alignment. WinWires will be supported as an extension of this broader strategy.

Job Description:

• GTM Content & Campaign Execution: Support execution of proposals, decks, campaigns, and thought leadership aligned to GTM priorities.
• Marketing Operations & Workflow Ownership: Manage end-to-end workflow, maintain trackers, and ensure timely delivery.
• Content Development Support: Draft and refine content including emails, one-pagers, and scripts.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure timely communication, updates, and feedback loops.
• Approvals & Quality Control: Manage approvals and ensure compliance before distribution.
• Content Library Management: Maintain organized, accessible, and reusable content assets.
• WinWires Initiative: Support internal sales content creation and publishing.
• GTM Tracking & Conversion Visibility: Follow up on meetings, track wins/losses, and provide insights.

Required List:

2-4 years of relevant experience.

Strong Written Communication & Storytelling, Project Management & Execution Excellence, Stakeholder Management & Communication, GTM & Business Understanding, Attention to Detail & Quality Control, Structured Thinking & Organization Proactiveness & Ownership Mindset, Experience working with US/global teams (Good to have)
