Job Description

Job Role:

We're looking for a hands-on, idea-driven Marketing Associate who can roll up their sleeves and take full ownership of B2B campaigns, from brainstorming to big launch. From content and visuals to research and collateral, you'll drive the work that drives our brand.

If you're equal parts creative thinker and action taker, this role is your launchpad.

What You'll Do

End-to-End Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute multi-touch B2B campaigns across web, email, and social.
  • Coordinate timelines, tasks, and cross-functional inputs from idea to launch.
  • Ensure alignment with product, sales, and brand priorities.

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Write compelling, brand-aligned content for blogs, case studies, emails, landing pages, and social posts.
  • Maintain a consistent voice across all channels and assets.
  • Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversions.

Visual Coordination

  • Oversee the creation of campaign assets, work with designers, or use tools like Canva/Figma to ensure visual quality.

Marketing and Audience Research

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Track B2B trends and Gen AI evolution

Analytics & Optimization

  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance. Provide

insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to deeply understand our solutions and communicate their value.
  • Be a sounding board for creative ideas and contribute to campaigns beyond content creation.

What Makes You Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or growth marketing, preferably in a technology or AI-related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRMS, email automation, social media management tools, etc).
  • Understands and is enthusiastically active on platforms like Quora, Medium, ProductHunt, Reddit, HARO, and Other communities etc.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for content creation across various digital channels. The ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends. Experience in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end digital marketing responsibilities.
  • Should be proactive and not be afraid to share and act on their ideas.
