The Role
- This is not a traditional marketing role.
- We are looking for a hands-on, AI-enabled growth operator who can:
- execute outbound and inbound outreach,
- build and manage early-stage marketing workflows,
- and support go-to-market execution end-to-end.
- You will work directly with the founder and CTO and will have real ownership, not just tasks.
- If you're someone who prefers doing the work over managing others to do it, this role is for you.
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns (founder-led and company-led)
- Execute cold email and WhatsApp outreach to DevOps, cloud, and platform leaders
- Use AI tools to:
- draft and personalize outreach
- generate content ideas
- analyse response patterns
- Manage inbound leads and first-level responses
- Help create basic marketing collateral (posts, short docs, pitch snippets)
- Track outreach performance and iterate quickly
- Coordinate demos and follow-ups
- Support early customers with onboarding communication (non-technical)
- This role is execution-heavy and fast-paced.
You should:
- Be comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Be proactive and self-directed
- Write clearly and confidently
- Be okay with ambiguity and fast changes
- Enjoy experimenting, failing fast, and improving
- Be excited about cloud, DevOps, AI, or B2B SaaS (deep technical expertise not required)
