About RecurPost

RecurPost is a social media scheduling and automation platform helping businesses, creators, and agencies grow their online presence efficiently. We're focused on building a scalable, product-led growth engine and are looking for someone who can drive measurable user and revenue growth.

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer who can own and execute end-to-end growth — from acquisition to conversion to retention.

This is not a posting on social media role. You will be responsible for driving real business outcomes: users, revenue, and retention.

Key Responsibilities1. User Acquisition
  • Plan and execute growth strategies across:
  • SEO (content + keyword strategy)
  • Paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Organic channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, communities)
  • Identify and scale high-performing channels
2. Conversion Optimization (CRO)
  • Optimize landing pages and signup flows
  • Improve trial → paid conversion rates
  • Run A/B tests and experiments regularly
3. Product-Led Growth (PLG)
  • Improve onboarding flows and activation rates
  • Work closely with product to reduce friction in user journey
  • Identify drop-offs and fix them
4. Content & Distribution
  • Drive content strategy (blogs, social, repurposing)
  • Build scalable content distribution systems
  • Leverage AI tools to increase output and efficiency
5. Analytics & Experimentation
  • Track and analyze key metrics:
  • CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn
  • Run weekly growth experiments
  • Make data-driven decisions (not gut-based)
RequirementsMust-Have
  • 3+ years in growth marketing / performance marketing (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition or revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Funnels (visitor → signup → paid)
  • SEO and/or paid acquisition
  • Experience with tools like:
  • Google Analytics (GA4), Mixpanel, or similar
  • Ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Ability to execute independently (not just strategy)
Good to Have
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or SMB tools
  • Knowledge of social media tools/industry
  • Experience with email marketing & lifecycle automation
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content and growth
